  • Thank you for your wonderful talk! Clinical question for you: I have a 72 year old patient with history of bilateral breast cancer, resected with double mastectomy, no chemo, no radiation but on tamoxifen for the last 4 years. Previous smoker, quit after the cancer diagnosis and takes only Lipitor. Recently she had a pelvic ultrasound which showed an endometrial lining at 13mm. No symptoms (no bleeding, cramping, discharge, etc) but there is a family history of gyne and breast cancers. Her current gyne is not concerned about the 13mm and suggested against biopsy. Should I be asking for a second opinion in this case? Thank you!
