A question for Dr. Morin- Thank you for a great talk as usual. What constitutes a significant compression fracture of a vertebrae, noted on an Xtay done to assess c/o's of mid to LBP, but not because of a sudden onset of pain, or trauma. 10% 20%, any compression? Does age factor into decision making re treatment? 80y/o, 90 y/o, do you have a cut off for when you would treat, given that the person is in reasonably good shape for age. Many thanks
