Objectives

To learn the increased maternal risks of chronic hypertension in pregnancy for the development of preeclampsia and lowering the risk with aspirin 

To learn the antihypertensives which are safe to use in pregnancy

To learn management of pre pregnancy ACEi - when to stop, when to restart post partum

To learn review the clinical diagnosis of preeclampsia and the use of ratio of s-FLT-1/PlGF

Post partum review of hypertension management and drugs safe to prescribe in breast feeding women

Review follow up after preeclampsia, normalization of blood pressure and disappearance of proteinuria 

Review future renal and cardiovascular risk
